What Can You Do To Make Earth Day Everyday.
In our home we make every day earth day. There is a large misconception people think going green costs a lot of money, what they do not realize that most things that we do around our house actually save us money, they don't cost us extra money. Here is a list of just a few of the small things we do to make every day Earth Day around our house.
Recycle
Aluminum Cans
Paper (Newsprint, regular paper, cardboard boxes)
Plastics
Glass Containers
Beverage cans and bottles
Reduce, Reduce, Reduce!!
We buy a lot of things in bulk that save us money and reduce the amount of packaging that we use.
Only use paper when it is absolutely necessary. We do not eat on paper plates. replaced paper towels with cloth and quit using plastic since it wears down and replaced most storage containers and cups with glass.
ALWAYS use reusable grocery bags.
We use reusable containers for the lunches we pack. It saves a lot on the pocketbook for the year and eliminate plastic storage bags.
We replaced paper towels with cloth napkins. We use anything reusable WHENEVER possible!
We Use Enviromentally Friends Products In Every Part Of Our Home. Including Cleaning Products, Laundry, Personal Care, Cosmetic, Nutrition and more.....
BPA Free (glass) Food Storage Containers--we try very hard to operate with a no plastic wear in our kitchen at all due to the problems it causes in with our enviroment from creating those types of containers and the toxins that can be consummed from eating or cooking in those containers.
